我们处理哪些数据
- 你的照片和衣服图片：只在你点击「生成」时，经我们的服务器转发给 AI 服务（默认是 Google Gemini API）生成试穿图。 我们的服务器不保存这些图片，也不保存生成结果。
- 账号信息：如果你登录，登录由 Clerk 提供，Clerk 会保存你的邮箱（使用 Google 登录时还有姓名和头像）。我们只用它来识别你的账号和计算额度。
- 使用次数：为了限制免费额度（游客每天 2 次、登录用户每天 10 次），我们按 IP 地址或账号 ID 记录当天的使用次数，2 天后自动删除。
- 插件 / App 令牌：你在网站登录后，网站会给插件或 App 一个随机令牌，用来识别你的账号，有效期 90 天。
- 购买记录：购买次数时，付款由 Apple App Store、Google Play 或 Stripe（网站）处理，我们拿不到你的银行卡信息。我们只保存交易编号（用来防止重复到账）和你账号里剩余的已购次数。
- 访问统计：网站使用 Vercel Web Analytics 统计访问量，它不使用 Cookie，也不追踪个人。
只保存在你本机的数据
你上传的照片、设置、自己填写的 API Key 和试穿历史，都只保存在你的浏览器里（localStorage、IndexedDB、chrome.storage）或 App 的私有存储里，不会上传到我们的服务器。 例外：在网站上使用自己的 API Key 时，Key 会随请求经服务器转发给 AI 服务，服务器不保存；在插件里使用自己的 Key 时，插件直接请求 AI 服务，不经过我们的服务器。
Chrome 插件的权限
- 读取所有网站：在任意购物网站的商品图上显示「试穿」按钮，并在你点击时下载那张商品图。识别图片只在你的浏览器里进行，插件不收集浏览记录。
- 侧边栏：在当前页面旁边显示试穿结果。
- 右键菜单：在图片右键菜单里加入「试穿这件衣服」。
- 存储：在本机保存你的照片、设置和登录令牌。
App 的权限
- 照片 / 相机：只读取你在系统相册选择器里选中的那张照片，或你用系统相机拍的照片；App 不浏览你的相册。
- 保存到相册：只在你点击「保存到相册」时，把试穿结果写入相册。
- 分享：从其他 App 分享过来的图片或链接，只用来作为这次试穿的衣服图片；链接会经我们的服务器读取商品图，不保存。
第三方服务

- 以下服务仅在你选择并填写自己的 Key 时使用：FASHN、OpenAI、火山方舟（Seedream）、阿里云百炼（Qwen）。照片会发送给你选择的那一家，适用其隐私政策。

我们不会做的事
不出售你的数据；不把你的数据用于广告；不用你的照片训练模型；除了上面列出的用途，不把数据用于其他目的。
删除数据
清除浏览器数据、卸载插件或 App 即可删除本机数据。如需删除账号（连同已购次数），可在 App 右上角头像菜单里点「删除账号」，或在网站登录后在头像菜单的「管理账户」里删除，也可以发邮件到 support@merlionos.dev。
Privacy Policy

Data we process
- Your photo and the garment image: sent through our server to the AI provider (Google Gemini API by default) only when you click Generate, to create the try-on image. Our server does not store these images or the generated result.
- Account: if you sign in, sign-in is provided by Clerk, which stores your email address (and name and avatar if you use Google sign-in). We use it only to identify your account and count your free tries.
- Usage counts: to enforce free daily limits (2 per day for guests, 10 per day for signed-in users), we count today’s tries per IP address or account ID. These counters are deleted automatically after 2 days.
- Extension / app token: after you sign in on the website, it gives the extension or app a random token that identifies your account. It expires after 90 days.
- Purchases: payments are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play or Stripe (website); we never see your card details. We store only the transaction ID (to prevent double crediting) and your remaining purchased tries.
- Analytics: the website uses Vercel Web Analytics for visit counts. It uses no cookies and does not track individuals.
Data that stays on your device
Your uploaded photo, settings, any API key you enter, and your try-on history are stored only in your browser (localStorage, IndexedDB, chrome.storage) or in the app’s private storage, and are not uploaded to our server. Exception: when you use your own API key on the website, the key is forwarded with the request to the AI provider and not stored; in the extension, your own key is sent directly to the AI provider, bypassing our server.
Chrome extension permissions
- Access to all sites: shows the Try on button on product images on any shopping site and downloads that image when you click it. Image detection runs locally; the extension does not collect browsing history.
- Side panel: shows the result next to the current page.
- Context menu: adds “Try on this item” to the image right-click menu.
- Storage: keeps your photo, settings and sign-in token on your device.
App permissions
- Photos / camera: the app only reads the photo you pick in the system photo picker or take with the system camera; it does not browse your library.
- Save to Photos / gallery: writes the try-on result to your photos only when you tap Save.
- Sharing: an image or link shared from another app is used only as the garment for that try-on; links are resolved through our server to fetch the product image, which is not stored.

What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data, use it for advertising, use your photos to train models, or use it for anything beyond the purposes above.
Deleting your data
Clear your browser data, or uninstall the extension or app, to remove local data. To delete your account (including purchased tries), tap Delete account in the app’s avatar menu, use “Manage account” in the avatar menu after signing in on the website, or email support@merlionos.dev.
